01How do I place an order?
Open the product, tap “Order now – pay on delivery” and fill in your name, phone number and address. No account or card needed. You can also order on WhatsApp.
02Do you confirm orders?
Yes. We call you or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order before we dispatch it.
03Which cities do you deliver to?

04How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–4 working days after we confirm your order.
05How can I track my order?
We share the courier tracking number when your parcel is dispatched. You can also check your order on the Track your order page, or ask us on WhatsApp.
06What are bundles?
Bundles are products that work well together, sold as one order for less than buying them one by one. The saving is shown on every bundle.
07Do you give discounts if I buy more than one?
Some products have quantity discounts. When they do, you see “Buy 2 – save …” options right above the order button, and the discount is applied automatically.
