How long it takes

Delivery usually takes 3–4 working days after we confirm your order. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Order confirmation

After you order, we call you or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your name, address and phone number. Please keep your phone on — we dispatch only confirmed orders.

Cash on Delivery

You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. No card or advance payment needed.

Tracking your parcel

When your parcel is dispatched, we share the courier tracking number with you. You can also check your order status on the Track your order page.

Wrong, damaged or missing item?

Message us as soon as you receive it, with a photo or video of the parcel, and we will sort it out. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
